Kieya McKinnie

Hi I am Kieya McKinnie, director at the Growing Years in Apex. I am from New Hill, a small town outside of Raleigh NC.I began my journey with TGY in 2015 as the lead infant room teacher. From an early age I have always wanted to make an impact in the lives of young children. I enjoy watching children become confident in their abilities, and teaching them new information that will help create and foster a love for learning. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and appreciating nature and all the experiences it provides. I enjoy walking/ hiking at local parks, cooking, live events and spending time with my family.
